1. How to recognise Dubrovnik Tours guides?
We meet at Amerling fountain, outside of the old town walls, close to Dubravka gift shop and Dubravka restaurant. Our guide will have a blue umbrella as a sign of recognition. Once you come to the meeting place and find the guide, your stroll down the old town streets will begin.
2. Franiscan Monastery – One of World’s Oldest Pharmacies
It is a monastery until this day since 1317, that’s the year when the pharmacy was founded as well. Centuries of expertise and experiments was poured into each medication and remedy. Today there’s a memory of once glorious past, all enclosed within the walls of today’s Franciscan Museum.
